Return and Exchange

Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Kindly note that exchange is allowed for one time only.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items in case of damaged on arrival product, wrong size or color. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@lostcaves.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Refund Policy

After we receive the returned product, we will do a quality check and once product passes the quality check, we will credit the amount in the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
